Technical details for web designers / IT+
The installation uses a documented loader, protected tenant configuration and domain allowlisting. The current loader isolates presentation and behaviour in a closed Shadow DOM. Website credentials are not required.

Does Panthorys replace employees?+
No. Panthorys handles suitable first steps and passes important, sensitive or unresolved cases to your team.
Do I need a new website?+
Usually not. We handle installation through a small loader; you do not have to share CMS or hosting passwords.
What if the agent does not know an answer?+
It says the information is not known with confidence and offers human clarification when appropriate. New knowledge is added only after human approval.
When do the 14 free days begin?+
Only when Panthorys first loads successfully on your approved production domain after onboarding, configuration and approval. The earlier Stripe Checkout only saves the payment method and does not start a subscription.
What happens after the pilot?+
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the monthly service starts automatically on day 15 at 249 per month. Cancel any time.
Can I pause the agent?+
Yes. Panthorys can pause the tenant server-side without changing the rest of your website.
How can I cancel?+
You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
