Revenue Guard Privacy Policy

This policy explains the limited data Panthorys processes to provide Revenue Guard for Wix sites.

Data we process

• Wix site and tenant identifiers.
• The product selected for monitoring and the product metadata needed to run the checks.
• Monitoring runs, status information and run durations.
• Incident data.
• Technical failure screenshots and artifacts needed to diagnose a failed check.

Revenue Guard does not intentionally store buyer personal information. Monitoring stops before an order is placed or a payment is made.

Service providers

Railway provides hosting infrastructure, Resend delivers transactional emails, and Wix provides the app platform and billing.

Retention and deletion

Tenant data and technical artifacts are deleted when the app is uninstalled, in accordance with the existing uninstall implementation. Technical webhook replay identifiers may be retained for up to 90 days to prevent duplicate processing and support operational security.
