Revenue Guard Terms of Service

Service

Revenue Guard is a monitoring service for Wix purchase paths. It is designed to identify reproducible failures, but it does not guarantee detection of every error, interruption or checkout issue.

Revenue Guard stops before completing an order or payment. It does not purchase products or submit payment on behalf of a site owner or buyer.

Trial, billing and cancellation

Revenue Guard includes a 14-day free trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the selected plan becomes paid afterward. Billing, subscription management and cancellation are handled through Wix and are subject to the plan details shown there.

Acceptable use

Users must not misuse Revenue Guard, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, use it unlawfully, or use monitoring in a way that harms Wix, Panthorys, another site or another person.

Availability and liability

Monitoring can be affected by site changes, third-party services, network conditions, maintenance and events outside reasonable control. Panthorys will provide the service with reasonable care and will address reported issues where reasonably possible. Liability is governed by applicable law and is not excluded where exclusion would be unlawful.
